PDE (non-selling) doesn’t change the shelf facing paradigm to gain share and take volume away from competitors. Having deals for the sales team to stock volume and increase ranging is paramount. Having focused and planned quarterly cycle deals and incentives is always welcomed. Our role is to ensure your brands and various SKU are presented and respectfully challenged to the buyer to push your USP or product features.
